- Most 10ml bottles are already filled with nicotine, but this is not the case for bottles larger than 10ml.
- The usual format of large format vial is mostly 50/100/200 ml, to this is added a simple calculation to estimate approximately how much nicotine we will have in the final solution in large format vial. (follow example below for 50ml vials ).
- It is then sufficient, if the capacity of the bottle is larger (e.g. 200ml) to multiply the number of nicotine required in a bottle of 50 by 4 (50mlx4=200ml).
